ReceiptKeeper
Sign in with your seapay.network account: your email, your password, and the 6-digit code if your account uses one (from your authenticator app, or emailed to you). There is no account to make in the app: a manager of your yacht invites you from seapay.network.
Receipts are read on seapay.network by Anthropic's Claude. Before your first receipt ReceiptKeeper asks your permission. You can stop any time under Me → Receipts → Stop, and allow it again there. There is no key to set up.
The home lists every receipt you sent this week and where it stands: being read · sent · matched to a payment · needs you. A receipt that needs you says what to check, for example a total that could not be read.
If your role may see the company's bank, the home shows how many card payments still have no receipt. Tap the card, choose a payment and snap its receipt: it is matched to that payment. "Waiting for the operator's first copy" means the office has not shared the company's payments from SeaPay Paymaster yet.
No signal? Snap anyway. Receipts wait on your iPhone and go by themselves when you are back in range. If one cannot be sent, the line above the tabs says so, with Try again.
Me → Security → Lock with Face ID asks for Face ID, or your passcode, each time you come back. Me → Appearance switches between Night, Day and Like my phone.
Signing out deletes what ReceiptKeeper keeps on the phone. What you sent stays with your company on seapay.network. If receipts are still waiting to be sent, ReceiptKeeper asks first.
In the app: Me → Delete my SeaPay account. It emails us for you. Or email us from your account's address. We delete your login and personal data within 30 days and tell you when it is done. Receipts your company must keep by law stay with the company. See the privacy policy.
