Sign in with the company’s SeaPay ID to open its bank ledger, published by SeaPay Paymaster. SeaKeeper lists the card and bank payments that still need a receipt. Tap one, scan, and it is sent for that exact payment — Paymaster confirms the match to the cent.
Receipts queue on the iPhone and upload when you’re back in range. The ledger and your history stay readable at sea.
The company ledger is decrypted only on your iPhone. seapay.network stores only the encrypted copy.

Superadmin: the keyring ID and master passphrase from SeaPay Paymaster → Settings → SeaKeeper — paste the ID or scan its QR code. Crew: your personal seapay.network email and password, with two-factor if your company uses it.
Create an API key at console.anthropic.com and paste it into Settings → Scanner Engine. The first time you scan, SeaKeeper asks for permission to send documents to Anthropic; you can withdraw it any time in Settings → Privacy.

Turn on Settings → Security → Face ID Lock to require Face ID, or your device passcode, whenever SeaKeeper opens.
Crew accounts: Settings → Request Account Deletion, or email us from your account’s address; your login and personal data are deleted within 30 days. Records your company must keep by law stay with the company. SeaPay ID and Superadmin sign-ins aren’t personal accounts — Sign Out removes them and their keys from the device.

SeaKeeper never collects your location, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking — and no data is ever sold or shared for advertising.
Documents go to Anthropic’s Claude API with your own key, only after you allow it — withdraw any time in Settings → Privacy. Anthropic states it does not train on data sent through its API.
End-to-end encrypted and decrypted only on your iPhone. Your passphrase never leaves the device; only a key derived from it is kept, in the iOS Keychain.
