Each vessel, company and holding gets a dashboard: cash across banks, the budget, the next payroll and the documents renewing next. Every company's accounts sit together, with each bank still shown on its own and totals per currency.
Workstation shows accounts with SeaPay, Privat3 Money, Revolut and Wise today; Kasikorn, Cornèr and EU open banking are coming soon. It does everything SeaPay Paymaster does, from live accounts and cards to reconciliation, categories and payments, inside the company workspace. Follow the season's budget line by line and keep VAT and tax ready from the same books. The Documents module keeps class certificates, insurance and crew certificates, with the date each renews.
Workstation is in beta, for a Mac (macOS 11 or later) or a Windows 10 or 11 computer, and updates itself about once a month.
Crew payroll for every vessel you manage
Run payroll for the crew of every vessel in Workstation; each person sees their own payslips and contract in SeaPay ReceiptKeeper. Both corporate accounts bring batch payments, and SeaPay® Network includes salary sub-accounts.
SeaPay also sets up payroll companies that act as the crew's official employer. Salaries, deductions, taxes and social security are handled, and the owner is kept clear of direct employment liabilities. This is general information, not legal or tax advice.
Owners, captains, crew and accountants on one sign-in
Everyone signs in with their own SeaPay account, and access is set per company. Managers run the companies and vessels they manage. Captains see the vessel's budget, crew and documents. Owners and accountants read the banking in SeaPay Controller, with nothing they can change. Crew snap receipts in ReceiptKeeper, and they arrive read, filed and matched to their card payments. Operators keep the accounts live and sign the statements in SeaPay Paymaster.
A company's view travels encrypted and is stored encrypted on seapay.network, with the keys kept apart from the website. Every read is kept in the access register.
Corporate accounts and cards for management companies
SeaPay® Network is for companies registered in the EU and UK, management companies included, with bespoke pricing. SeaPay® World is for companies registered outside the EU and UK, from €70 a month. Both bring dedicated multi-currency IBANs, corporate cards, batch payments, and payroll and management software.
Companies can order SeaPay® Visa Business cards for crew members, issued by Cornèr Banca SA, and pre-paid cards for employees. SeaPay® Management, the software that runs in Workstation, Paymaster and Controller, is from €59 a month and included with corporate accounts for fleets.

Yes. Companies can order SeaPay® Visa Business cards for crew members, issued by Cornèr Banca SA, and pre-paid cards for employees. For each employee who gets a pre-paid card, we need a valid photo ID, such as a passport or national ID card, and a proof of address dated within the last 90 days.
How much does yacht management software cost?
