For yacht owners and family offices

Follow every vessel and company you own from your own computer: read-only, with each bank shown on its own.

SeaPay Controller is the read-only desktop app for yacht owners, family offices and accountants. Once you have a role on seapay.network, it opens your companies' banking on your own computer, with each bank shown on its own and the receipt behind a payment ready to open. Accounts and cards come from SeaPay® Me, Network or World.

See your yacht companies and their banks in one place

Controller opens one or more companies' banking views for people signed in with the right role, decrypted on your computer. Each bank of a company is shown separately, with balances in their own currencies. You can open the receipt behind a payment and check a signed statement line by its QR code.

Banks are read on the operator's computer, in SeaPay Paymaster or Workstation, and Controller shows the view the operator publishes. Today that covers accounts with SeaPay, Privat3 Money, Revolut and Wise, with Kasikorn, Cornèr and EU open banking coming soon. Controller has no bank access and nothing in it is editable: payments are made by the company's operator.

  • SeaPay Controller: read-only banking on Mac or Windows
  • The SeaPay® app: your own account and card on iPhone and Android
  • SeaPay Workstation: where your management company runs every vessel, company and holding

Yacht holding companies, SPVs and vessels in one view

Your management company runs them in SeaPay Workstation, where ownership is drawn: holdings, vessels and shore-based companies, with share percentages and an asset register. Each vessel, company and holding has a dashboard with cash across banks, the budget, the next payroll and the documents renewing next.

SeaPay's superyacht services are for owners, family offices, captains and management companies, from the day you buy the yacht to the day you sell it. They cover ownership and compliance across holdings, SPVs and flags, and APA and financial dashboards per charter and per vessel.

Accounts for owners and yacht-owning companies

SeaPay® Me is the personal account for seafarers, crew and vessel owners, from €25 a month. SeaPay® Network is for companies registered in the EU and UK, with bespoke pricing. SeaPay® World is for companies registered outside the EU and UK, including offshore structures, from €70 a month. Company accounts bring dedicated multi-currency IBANs, corporate cards and batch payments.

The SeaPay® Carte Blanche card is issued only to the registered UBO of a fleet or a vessel. Merchants pre-authorise your purchase intents, and a payment guarantee becomes a single QR code scan. Its terms are agreed with your personal manager.

SeaPay is not a bank. Accounts and financial services are provided by PRIVAT 3 MONEY Ltd., authorised and regulated by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN 900989). Electronic money is not a bank deposit and is not covered by the FSCS. PRIVAT 3 MONEY Ltd safeguards client funds in line with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.

Crew payroll, and escrow when a yacht is sold

SeaPay sets up payroll companies that act as the crew's official employer. The crew are hired by the payroll company, not directly by the vessel owner. Salaries, taxes and social security are handled, and the owner is kept clear of direct employment liabilities.

SeaPay® Escrow supports the sale of yachts and transport vessels. Buyer and seller agree the price and the inspection period, and the buyer deposits the funds into the SeaPay® Escrow account. A secure, neutral third party holds the funds in a UK-based escrow account until every term of the sale agreement is met. If the vessel meets the conditions, the buyer tells SeaPay and the funds go to the seller. If it doesn't, once the seller has the vessel back, the funds return to the buyer.
